Job Description:

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Chief Compliance Officer and other Compliance Department staff. Maintain bank-wide training records and monitor assigned training to ensure appropriate reporting of training deficiencies. May take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, set up and maintain files, provide employees with office supplies, prepare and sort mail, perform word processing and spreadsheet assignments, proofread, and research and compile special reports. May operate automated office equipment and utilize software. Assists in the preparation of reports, graphs, maps, and presentations using spreadsheet graphic, database, presentation, mapping and word processing systems. Make appointments and travel arrangements. Coordinates department activities.

  • Set up and maintain files for Compliance Monitoring, regulatory changes, training, and other activities. Update reference materials to maintain a current status. Perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Coordinate the Bank-wide training program. Ensure that all training conducted is entered into the training system. Coordinate BCG seminar registration and other external training. Monitor training records and produce reports for management.
  • Track monthly receipt of CRA and HMDA Worksheets, Loan Application Tracking Log, and other compliance monitoring reports as assigned.
  • Assist Compliance Officers with assigned tasks such as data entry into CRA Wiz and run analytical reports for Management. Maintain records of CRA Service Hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement:
College degree preferred
Qualifications:
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Access is a plus).
  • Strong quantitative background
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills (time management and follow-up)
  • Demonstrated ability to work and make decisions independently, while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks for various individuals
  • Excellent detail orientation (i.e. accuracy in proofreading/checking data submissions, understanding content)
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong commitment to team and project deadlines
  • Demonstrates good judgment with a sense of urgency
  • Experience with Metavante is a plus
