• Reviews credit memorandums
• Effectively coordinates and facilitates credit initiation
• Effectively coordinates and facilitates the review and application process between business unit and Credit Division
  

• Knowledge of broad base business practice and in-depth understanding of banking practices in CRE and C&I lending required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Commercial Credit underwriting and portfolio management experience required.
• Business development/Frontline work experience in CRE and C&I lending in the U.S. market preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required (Must be able to read, write & speak the language).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines, and handle multi tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Willing to take extra steps as necessary to accomplish job duties
• Must possess adequate PC skills to perform assigned responsibilities
