If you are an existing cardholder, you may request a copy of your credit card
agreement by:

Calling us at (626) 293-3135 during our normal business hours from Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sending us a message using our Contact Us form. Include your name, your email address, and a daytime phone number. Please do not include your credit card number or any other account information.
